Then these guys tried to keep me from my “ladies.” No go. I calmly stepped right through the blocking arm. He pulled it away at the last second, to avoid having me barrel into it.

In this case, my wife and I were Not keeping our enemies closer. Family first.

After we sat down, my daughter whispered something to my wife. I was sure that Quinn was wondering why I sat where I did. Instead of being right next to my family, or next to my parents, or even directly over from whether pair, I sat over from Kate and Quinn and a few seats down.

Very often there’s a ‘rampage’ of negativity just streaming throughout the day inside our heads, the voice of doom and gloom. It’s a function of being human and no need to make pathology out of it; just notice. The important zap here is to remember that you don’t have to believe it. You are the decider. You can pick a dissimilar internal conversation that supports your creativity. Yes you can!
